All the women who work in our baby room have previous nanny experience, or, are themselves moms. The nannies are always there to hug and to hold, and of course to change diapers and feed. Bottles are never propped, ensuring your baby gets lots of cuddling and contact during feeding time.
Every day our babies have outdoor play and stroller walks (weather permitting,) have a quiet naptime, and have indoor, age appropriate play. Your baby will have diaper changes often, be read and sung to and be held and cuddled a lot! You will know just what your baby did each day with our CRIB NOTES Daily Log, detailing your baby's day, including naps, diapers, food and smiles. Your baby will thrive on the attention, verbal stimulation tactile stimulation and overall positive encouragement given each and every day. Our babies are taught simple signs and gestures so they can communicate their needs before they can speak!
I have an open-door policy for all baby room parents and welcome you to come and spend time with your baby -- play peek-a-boo, nurse, or give your baby a bottle. Please allow us to make Just Babies a home away from home for your family.
